I have always enjoyed eating here for over 20 years. Very delicious food and super nice staff! The schnitzel and steamed noodles with potato soup are especially great.

The lunch specials are great..And very reasonably priced at 6 to 7 Euro. Very authentic German place with candlelight and an authentic, or traditional German menu. Staff were friendly. Cozy restaurant. Will go again.

The food is really great especially the pumpkin soup and the dumplings I would highly recommend this place for anyone that wants a cozy restaurant to eat at.

A typical Speisegaststätte, which is quite recommendable, as regards food and drinks and the prices, if you do not necessarily on the establishment of a higher standard. The orders are processed quickly by the staff. 👍👍👍 The affiliated, so-called 'hotel', is not worthy of its name. In the wooden staircase are numerous abandoned things such as empties, pots, boxes, clothes and tens of shoes, slippers and slippers, completely messy and everywhere standing in the way, distributed on the steps like the pedestal. On the 2nd floor are the chambers. Light switches are hard to find. In the musty corridor, a highly worn and dirty leatherette sofa is ready for smokers, a small side table with overflowing ashtray like an old floor lamp round off. Since this smoking area also frequented at night, as is sounded by the voices of loud phone calls and conversations, one is quiet from behind the barely more than cardboard room door, far away. Cigarette smoke pulls through the not tightly closing door in the "room", in which there can be no question of equipment. Even with only small claims, the accommodation can be classified at a price of over 65, - €, only as "not recommended". 👎👎👎👎 Total 👎👎

Lunch specials are pretty darn good.

The staff are all fantastic and very friendly! They greet us every time we come in and have memorized our normal order. The Rahmschnitzel is the best I've had in my 7 years in Germany and the Spaetzle is perfect. I normally ask for extra sauce to go on the Spaetzle. There really isn't a parking lot, but the bank right across the street is closed when this restaurant opens for dinner, so parking there is never a problem. This restaurant is the first place we take any of our friends and family when they come and visit.
